John WThe trailer I booked wasn’t available and was only informed 30 minutes before I arrived to collect it so was given the option of a smaller open trailer that was less than ideal but had no choice other then to accept as I had travelled up from the US. The only trailer available to me had a different size tow ball to the one fitted to my truck so I had to go and source a replacement and a set of straps as I had booked a in closed trailer. All cost me over $240 and was offered NO discount on the trailer I didn’t book.
