How U-Haul Reviews WorkHe was able to help me get everything sorted when I return the truck early. The kilometres didn’t match up for some reason, but fortunately, I’ve taken pictures. What was frustrating is when we did the check-in I clicked on the link and did all the pictures but on the profile, you guys had a very very old email that I probably haven’t used in a decade. So it was frustrating because it wouldn’t let me change it even though you had my new email on the with my login. If the man wouldn’t have shown up for check-in, as apparently it was supposed to be done all online, I wouldn’t have been able to proceed because I wouldn’t have had access to the key. Fortunately, the gentleman did get it all sorted after the fact. The truck was very clean. I didn’t get all the equipment I ordered but was grateful for what I did get.. and I will be renting another truck in a couple of weeks

Tamara POrdered the biggest truck uhaul offers over a month before I needed it, the day before pick-up I got a notification that my truck and trailer was ready at a location 2hrs away. I ended up getting a 20ft truck from this location and having to leave some of my furniture behind as it wouldn't fit. Through no fault of this location, who are just working with what U-Haul gives them, but I was very disappointed. When a truck is booked well in advance, please try and make sure it is available, especially in smaller areas where the people who booked it are going to need what they ordered.
