My biggest complaint is that I booked a 26 foot van and car hauler trailer a month in advance when I went to inquire if everything was there I was told that it was up to me to drive an hour and a half (one way) out of my way to pick up the van as I was there to pick up goods and I am out of country this was a huge inconvenience. The trailer was in the city I was supposed to pick up at although not were I was supposed yo pick up at. I can understand if I did not book the truck and trailer in advance for them not being there but I booked A MONTH in advance and was told that it was up to me to go get it at my cost on top of the van. Not enthused about that. Other then that requirement was good.

Joanne GWe were unable to locate a truck in the town we were travelling from. This location was our closest. The key was not where we were told to look for it. We had to locate a person for help. He was able to provide a spare key.
