Ordered the biggest truck uhaul offers over a month before I needed it, the day before pick-up I got a notification that my truck and trailer was ready at a location 2hrs away. I ended up getting a 20ft truck from this location and having to leave some of my furniture behind as it wouldn't fit. Through no fault of this location, who are just working with what U-Haul gives them, but I was very disappointed. When a truck is booked well in advance, please try and make sure it is available, especially in smaller areas where the people who booked it are going to need what they ordered.

One tie down on the floor at the front of the trailer was missing. Should be replaced to allow securing any loads.
