Furniture dollies were unavailable and Furniture pads were dirty, unfolded and untagged. I went to another location for dollies and they gave me bags so I would have charges.

Aras HThis was the second location I had to find to get what I wanted. I had "booked" a trailer in sparwood but there is no such thing in U-haul world. I was told I had to to wait for the previous renter to return one before I could have it.They could not reach him...The one they had on site they rented out before I got there, 5 minutes after opening. So I called Coleman site and they had extra on site. Great guy to deal with, and super helpful.
