The engine sounded VERY rough, the brakes were almost completely out, and the steering was super loose on the truck I received. The lock box was also left unlocked, with the code still entered into it. The truck really should have been maintained better, but I understand that I picked it up in a very out of the way location. Still a bit upsetting to have to drive it without feeling completely safe in it. Overall, I wanted a truck and that's what I got, and it served its purpose, but I have never had a Uhaul truck that has made me nervous to drive it.
Jazmine BNever able to get in touch with any personell. Trying to drop off Monday morning and no answer to phone calls or text messages. Lot was so full there wasn't room to park.

HAROLD HOpened at 9. No one was there. Doors locked. Had to call and figure out how to drop off truck. Alot of time wasted at pick up and drop off.
