very unlear how to actually pick up truck, truck was not running very well. electricity in truck wasnt working

Had a difficult time using the uhaul app even with help. Overall it took me over a hour to get set up. Started to rain while I was doing it with no cover available. Also key box with key to truck was open and I didn't have to use code.
Marc SThere are no street lights at the location nor does the business have any lights in their lot. I picked up the truck after hours and it was dark so it was difficult to see where the lock boxes were and also locate my specific truck. The owners of this location mismatched the key and lock box. After a good deal of trying to use the Uhaul app, website and calling I was able to get the correct code to open a box, but it was not the right box. Once I did get the box open it didn't even go with the truck I was told to take. The key that was provided worked with a different truck. I explained all of this to the person I had on the phone and she informed me to check over the truck, which I couldn't do very well because of how dark the property is. If I could rate this location less than "poor" I would.
