Lockbox was unlocked, the truck did not match the app such as license plate and mileage but they didn’t have any storefront to change anything.

Brian HEmployees were friendly and courteous. Equipment was clean and ready to go. Easy picking and returning the rental vehicle. I would recommend calling the 800 number. They could find a vehicle you want at different locations, so you don't have to call around.
