Great trailer but wasn’t very clean and didn’t come with dolly I paid for and employee didn’t hook the chains correctly also didn’t come with the ramp either

Thelma MI was charged twice once for $82.84 and then next the fee when I dropped off of 78 which was my final total . They told me first amount was a hold but they then charged me im still waiting for my money back so for and 75 dollar trip I was charged over 150. And all they jeep saying is it was a hold .and im telling them it was not they charged me twice as a purchase.
