Thelma MI was charged twice once for $82.84 and then next the fee when I dropped off of 78 which was my final total . They told me first amount was a hold but they then charged me im still waiting for my money back so for and 75 dollar trip I was charged over 150. And all they jeep saying is it was a hold .and im telling them it was not they charged me twice as a purchase.
Marcus RRental was for 8am the attendant did not come in until 8:30 they did not have the dolly for moving appliances so we did not have any dolly that we was supposed to rent. A little unorganized.
