When I made the reservation, I requested pads/blankets. When I got there, they did not have any. Some of my furniture got scratched in the move. Unacceptable.

Be more user friendly for older people. Be more helpful for Veterans needing your services. When you say you will call by a certain time there should be no exceptions to that even if you call to say you are still working on an issue.
