The man that helped us was very courteous and easy to pickup the rental and great on the return. He was the best employee I have ever dealt with at Uhaul and I’ve been using uhaul for over 40 years.
Margie SThe U-Haul representative was very professional, thorough, helpful, and polite. We were given a truck and trailer that did not have working lights. We switched the trailer, still no lights. We switched the truck, still no lights. We switched the new truck to the first trailer and we had lights. She worked hard using a floor jack to connect the trailer to the truck. It took a while, but she got it done and we were on our way.
