Dan and Ryan made this the best U-haul experience I have ever had. Everything was quick and efficient and they went out of their way to make sure I was good to go. This is the only place I will go from now on.

I don't know the name of the young man who helped me but he was very professional.
STACY CDon't bother trying this location. Run by bored teenagers. Dirty, poorly maintained trucks. Customer service is extinct here.
ALLEN CThe agent spoke very fast. It was difficult to catch everything he was saying. I don’t think either one of us heard him say anything about taking a picture of the back of the truck before we left the lot. We didn’t know that until several hours later after we had loaded the truck And we’re on the highway, and I happen to check my email. Fortunately, everything was fine and it didn’t seem to be crucial on this particular transaction. Other than that, the pick up process seem to be very efficient.
MICHAEL LI returned the truck which I used, before the time that I told ( 6 pm ) But i drop the truck in (5 :45 pm) before the time that I mentioned. But they charged me more than they told by putting the return time by their self .
