There were no moving pads to return. I'd like a refund

Sharon ONot specific to this location but renting and returning a uhaul was an extreme pain. Took over an hour at the location to be able to get the vehicle and the customer service department (1-800) was no help at all. Very hesitant to use uhaul again.
Matthew WNot the location I reserved a month prior to pickup. However, the attendant was very helpful and professional. Mattresses protectors were at the original location I had reserved. I requested cancellation but have not received refund. Brake shoes in need of service on trailer! The trailer was clean.
