The reservation was made on the website. It changed my pick up spot. Everything about it was difficult. I couldn’t extend my rental. The next morning after making other arrangements it offered to extend the rental. It was too late then. I have always been a loyal customer but I will never rent from you again. I was charged for blankets I didn’t get and equipment I didn’t order. You guys are a scam like everyone else.
