We were supposed to pick up our truck at 4:30pm on Sunday because we were moving Monday morning. No one left the keys, the box was empty. Had to arrive at 8am the next morning to pick up the truck. Some type of discount should be given since we lost 16 hours due to someone at U-haul's mistake.
