The owner, Phil McDonald was amazing, professional, exceptionally helpful, and even took the time to assist me by personally loaning me his ball hitch from his truck, as I had forgotten mine at home. Phil took the time to explain the overall process and was genuinely interested in our partial move to KC, requiring the U-Haul trailer...by the time I drove off the lot, I felt I had made a new friend and would provide both Phil and his business my strongest endorsement. Bottom line - the entire experience with our partial move was exceptional, given how we were received at this store. Would definitely return again and recommend to friends and family.
