No one was present when we arrived. The gentleman I talked to told us the key would be under the seat.

ROBERTO GI was promised that the u-haul would be ready on that Friday at the Albany location but informed at the last minute that I had to drive almost an hour away to pick up the truck. I also had to pay someone to ride with me in order for me to get my car back home. Terrible
