The only issue I had was that somehow someone changed my drop off location from Cutbank MT to Shelby MT which are 27 miles apart. I'm still not sure how that happened. However will trying to get that straightened out with customer service over the phone, the lady told me to hang on a minute then she disconnected the call. I called back a few hours later to make sure everything was squared away, which it was but she never told me that. Other than that everything went perfectly.

I got charged $800+ dollars because I dropped it off at a different location. Not once was I told anything about getting a charge like that nor did I read nor sign anything but now I got my “receipt” stating that’s what I owe.
