Checking in and out. Self check in is difficult
Vicky H.The rental trailers need to have a device for assisting lifting the tongue of the trailer. They are too heavy to lift alone.
Michael B.The UHaul app is not user-friendly. When attempting to reset my password for my account I would receive an error code. The app also would work better if you could upload saved photos from a cell phone vs. having to take a "live" photo.
