The truck I had, had a harsh ride, this isn’t a ‘comfort ride’ truck. I’m glad I didn’t have to drive it any further. Definitely needs some work. It’s fine on a new smooth highway, but that’s it. Place was great, but U-Haul needs to provide better trucks to their dealers and fix their wonky app. Online is not the way to go, luckily I had good customer service at the location to resolve my issue.
