JAMES KShe was lazy told us that we had to do her job of driving the truck to a nearby location, instead of the address/ExxonMobil listed on the drop off. She also told us we had to bring her thr dolly inside of the store. She said she couldn't drive the truck and it couldn't stay parked on the side with the other smaller trucks! She over charged for gas and didn't discount the drive we had to take further the truck for her convenience. She didn't take off for our inconvenience of doing her job either. We had the gas exactly where it was when we picked the truck up prior to having to move it to the location She told us to take it to. She stated that if we didn't move the truck to the other designates location, we would have to contact uhaul and find another drop off location!
