Sherell RThe person at the desk was on a phone call the whole time. I told her that I was the rental person (not my husband who was supposed to be only a backup driver). But she said it'll be fine and she'd add me. But then the invoice came under his name and I need it under mine because I am using it for professional art purposes and it matters for my accounting. In general the attention and the communication was poor. There was no communication about fuel so I wasnt sure if I needed to refill which I eventually did because there was a text for it. I also created an account with my business email but for some reason the system pulled my personal email from my phone so there's something wrong there also it should have pulled from the reservation.

Dennis Kwas overcharged and made responsible for piece of broken plastic on door handle. it was gingerly placed back and then when i opened door it fell off on the second or third time. very upsetting. i swear on my mom, dad, uncle, aunts, grandparents, jesus christ i had no involvement in the broken piece. i will never ever return to this location. walt.
Walter CPadma was wonderful when we checked in and got us all set with our reserved 10’ truck. The equipment was in excellent shape and was new, with only 8000 miles on it. We drove it over 600 miles and had to navigate tight spaces and parking areas and it handled beautifully. Very appreciative! The blankets were in great shape and the interior light of the cargo area was a great help.

CHERYL HIt was a gas station, so that was the vibe. I didn't receive the number of blankets I had ordered, so the guy kept telling me I had to pay for them anyway. I called the pick-up location and they confirmed they had made a mistake -- that I only received 4 of the 12. The guy at the drop off location didn't care and wanted to bill me for the additional 8 and then request a refund from U-Haul. He contacted his manager who told him to only charge me for 4 and to make a note. Also wanted me to back a 15 foot truck into a very tight space and I said no.

OLAMIDE EThe pick up location was great, and picking up the vehicle was quick and flawless. The one comment I would make is that I wish the attendants would make time to take a look at the rentals before the appointment in case the windshield needs wiping down or the wipers need to have any debris (like fallen branches or flower petals) cleared off, or at the very least, have a look inside of the cabin area for any trash left by the previous renter. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff are great - very helpful, and they quickly resolved the problem with the first truck I was assigned by giving me another one - and the switch took less than 5 minutes.

She basically called me every 30 minutes rushing me back with the truck because someone else wanted to rent. Very unprofessional! If I already explained that I needed to extend why would you rush me. Then threatened me with text evn after I called in to let them know I needed to extend my rental and pay whatever the fees were. I will NEVER rent or buy gas from this establishment and will let all of my friends and family know as well! We will not support
RENITA MThe clerk inside the Exxon station was amazing. She apologized for the cargo van not being cleaned and the incorrect mileage information. I know it was not her fault and really appreciate her taking ownership of these things. The location was convenient for pickup and drop off. Lastly , it was fast and quick service. This is not always the case.
DEIDRA AVehicle was old, I was worried that it wouldn't start. It took several tries and finally after about seven attempts it finally started.
Milton RThis is my second rental here. I had a new staffer who assisted me, who was wonderful. The lot is very small, and she offered to drive me to a satellite location to park my car during the rental. All said, a 100% difference from the last time with two employees, both in the intake and the return, which were awful. Regetably, I had the same employee on the return and it was very unpleasant.

CHRISTINA OI found the staff at the store to be very unprofessional and impolite. The truck inside was filthy and it had large pices of ice above it that could have been cleaned off. The ICE on the top is completly solid and very dangerous when it falls off. The check in process was horrific. I fully checked in and thought I paid three times, once when I made the reservation, a second time when I signed the truck out, and a third time when I checked out. I was very concerend that I had paid more than once for the truck. When I returned the truck via the app I was instructed to put the keys in a lock box on the outside of the buiding but the chashier kept waving me inside eventhough he had a cash draw that opnened from the inside and could have take the keys. This location is VERY convenient to me but I will not be returning to this location due to all of the issues. This operator needs to go through retraining in my opinion.

There was so poor signal on my phone however it was on my as a customer to provide information related to getting the rental done.

DION SOn the day of rental, the young lady at the desk was coordinating with someone over the ohone probably due to a glitch? The weather was very cold and we waited over 30 minutes, going in and out to keep warm. Finally, an elderly lady came from home to give us the key to the truck. I think there needs to be 2 people working if there are rentals involved for the day because the clerk had to lock the door inorder to access the key from the lock box outside, meanwhile, other customers need to go inside the store to buy stuff and pay for gas. I was unhappy with the wait time since I had movers waiting. Time is money!
