The lot is crowded, which they can’t do anything about - but the service was great!! I particularly like the online portions of the check-in and check-out process. The staff are great - very helpful, and they quickly resolved the problem with the first truck I was assigned by giving me another one - and the switch took less than 5 minutes.

The pick up process took about 20-30 min off my actual rental time. During the return process the system went down and they charged me twice for the rental.

ROYCE TI was super impressed with the process. Only way it could be improved was the parking “tight”spots at the location. An inexperienced driver of the truck would be very nervous getting in and out of the parking spots.
