I had a horrible experience here from the time I walked in. First they said my reservation had been canceled, I made my appointment the day before, and I had to make other one. The attendant was waiting on other customers while I stood there. It took about 35 minutes. He handed me the key and told me the truck was just outside. I wandered around and couldn't find it in all the trucks that were there. He finally came out snd helped me find the truck. It was in a spot that was so tight between the truck and the exit.
