When I applied online to rent the U-Haul, the site made a recommendation to return at this drop off location and would have $40 deducted from the rental charge. This drop off location was way out of the way from where the U-Haul could have been dropped of making me drive additional miles. Not only did I not receive the $40 discount, but I was also charged an additional $8.00 for the extra miles.
