STEVEN KWe were charged twice for our rental. The first for the estimated mileage and then secondly for when we returned the vehicle. We are hoping that the first charge drops off or we will be contesting this with our credit card company.
Hollie AI'm quite upset. I declined renters' insurance but was billed for it anyway. They promised to remove it from the bill and send me a new invoice. Almost a week later, this has not happened.
