The van was dirty never cleaned out. Both rear tires needed air. Check engine light was on. Needed oil change

Take better care of trucks between rentals
JANET OThe person at the rental pick up place told me the rate was approximately $300 more than the rate I was quoted.
ALBERT CI was over charged 60 miles. The location said they'll fix it. We'll see.
STEVEN HI was supposed to be reimbursed a day for returning the van a day earlier but I never received it. The agent said I would get a email to let me know it was refunded but I haven’t yet!
