The truck had a message the entire time: "left RR tire air low" -- and it stayed on even after we put air in it. Probably just a glitch, but it made us nervous.

DEBORAH DThe pick up location was as disgusting as any home on the show hoarders!!!! Rotten food, dirty clothes, food covered pots and pans laying in the corner of the room, full garbage bags everywhere. The smell of human feces was putrid and overwhelming!!! The man was living in the office, he slept in a recliner chair in the middle of the room. We couldn’t even move past one step inside the door. Other than that U-Haul did great.
steve eThe office where I picked it up at was hurrable, it look as if the 800 lb man that handed me the keys was living in the office and the smell caused me to vomit after I left the place, I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Very Very Bad pick up location!!!
