The man who worked there was great. The location looks like the set of bates motel. It was very run down and creepy. I didn't even think it was an open business.

TEDDY AHave a key drop off not just leave it above the visor.The location should have an actual office not business conducted outside and have to put your driver's license on a pot to take a picture of it It was a very unprofessional way of doing business.Plus the idea of having one key per truck and locking the key in the truck to secure it because no body was around and get fined $200 dollars I was a lifetime customer but I will never rent their truck again.
David LI am very dissatisfied to see the final receipt total over $150 when I was quote 67 to change where I returned the vehicle. When I made the reservation and add my CC info the estimate was $87. What the fuck happened?
