I've rented from many U-Haul locations in Ohio and Pa. This one here is night and day above the ones that I've delt with in the past. Case in point- I had to push my rental date back one day. Jake (the owner) rescheduled my reservation for the next day, he was supposed to be off work the day of my rescheduled reservation. He canceled his day off and waited patiently for me to arrive the next morning. He was extremely helpful with a great attitude, completed my reservation and sent me on my way. Good luck trying to find that level of professionalism. The next time I need a U-Haul truck or trailer. Ill be back at Jakes U-Haul business in Columbiana, Ohio, guaranteed!

Very professional. They hooked the trailer up, made sure all lights worked, did a walk around to make sure tires and structure were up to standard. Highly recommend
