PRESTON CFirst off I wanted to pick up where I could deal with a person and didn’t get that. Then went to the place they told me that had a shut and it was a lock box to get open well guess what the box wouldn’t open so after sitting there 2 hours on phone with the customer service. She sends me to another location. 15 miles away and was told I would get same rate pay for no extra miles and would get money back guess what I didn’t get none of it and had to pay for the extra miles because of their mess up not mine. I will not use u guys again and I will not tell people about you. I have never had so many problems with your company as I did. I have used your company for years well not no more
