The AC didn’t work and I had over 800 miles to travel. The place I picked it up said the ac was working but didn’t blow really cold air so I figured ok well I can handle it if it would at least have a little cool air. The day I was all packed up and went to leave the ac wouldn’t even kick on ( the compressor) . The compressor pump wasn’t working to engage the ac . So yes I had to travel on the hottest days of this year so far with no ac . Then after returning the truck my wife gives me hell because I forgot to tell them I wanted some money back because the truck didn’t have any ac .

U-Haul leaked and ruined a thousand dollars worth of furniture. Owner was very rude and said U-Haul are water resistant not water proof. I do not recommend this company!!!
RANDALL BThis survey is not designed for real feedback. I have no axe to grind with this location. My problem is U-Haul. The first two U-Haul locations I went to (based on the website) no longer have U-Haul - waste of time. The third on is where I made the arrangements. They had trouble with "the system" in making my reservation, but I was satisfied and prepared to pick up the truck at 8:30 the next morning. I get home and get a notice that I now had to go to another town to collect the truck. No happy, but what to do? At 8:30 the next morning went to that site and found they were closed. Luckily, the owner happened to be there. There were then more problems with the reservation and "paperwork." It all got worked out, but the tension was high before we even started our move. I'm just glad it is over. I am sure it is difficult to keep your website current, but that is where customers go for information. Keeping locations and hours current should be an attainable goal. No problem with the place where we finally got the truck.......but too much frustration with finding a location and too much other misinformation.
James PThe truck was ready when we asked for it; customer service was excellent; I had to change my reservation two times, and they were understanding and courteous.
DEBRA LI know it wasn’t their fault but I didn’t get any of the extras I had reserved or the correct size truck. Due to the customer before me bringing the truck back late. Also still waiting for my credit to appt to my card.
