Took a long time to get the U-Haul, the back had trash, they didn’t have my reservation even with the confirmation code and then were giving me different price ratings that were more expensive than what I was told on the phone. The employee was talking on the phone with a friend the entire time instead of getting my reservation squared away. The turn signal didn’t work which made driving very dangerous. Not a great experience

Very convenient and quick service
william HThe lockbox was already unlocked when I got to it. Luckily the key was still in there.
Sarah HI returned the cargo van with MORE gas in the tank than when I got it a day earlier. I was charged a fuel charge and gas by the Carry Out. Should not have been. It took me an hour or more to straighten it out. Thanks to your very helpful ladies in the U-Haul call center, they were a big help. The Victorian Carry Out is a busy place and mistakes sometimes happen. I just don’t want it every time I rent a vehicle. I plan on renting from them 5 more times this Fall. Generally they are good to work with, but when mistakes like this are made, I have to make all the effort to correct it, they don’t!
