My rental had almost "0" gas in it when I picked it up. I rented for a day, but was asked how many hours I would have the rental, so they could rent it again.

Mark CThere seemed to be issues when calling my assurance contact, they said the called dropped. Also not sure if you usually can; but it wouldn’t let me pre-set up my account until I was ready to actually rent the U-Haul- which delayed the start of the rental by about 30mins
EVELYN WUhaul was dirty and smelled like farm animals. Location not ideal
Sarah SThe truck was dirty on the inside and they didn’t have the blankets that I ordered. The truck barely had any gas so I had to stop at a gas station immediately. The customer service was horrible as well. Rude and unhelpful people.
