Ensure the vehicle is clean. This vehicle had a lot of animal fur inside. Clean the key drop box. The drop box was covered in spiderwebs.

REILEY CThe gentleman I spoke to via text was very accomidating and professional. The owner however was not! I was told 3 times my refund would be issued via emt back to my account. It's almost 5 days since my rental and I still have not received it. I've inquired about it Via Mike who has been great and apologetic . He left a message with the owner earlier this morning at its 730 pm and still nothing in my account. I've rented from uhaul many times, always,had great experiences. Not this time! I won't rent from this location again.
David lThe address, 173 CBS highway takes you to a street 20 minutes away from the actual location. The true location is Greco pizza across from Dominion. This should be noted in the posting. Also, I first booked for pickup at the double store, when I arrived and went through the steps in the app to get to the point I could pick up the keys I went in and asked for them only to be told that truck is broken down. Hence how I was sent on the wild goose chase of 173 CBS highway via transfer. Also, the booking at the double store cost me $46 while the 173 highway booking was $86. It is 5 mins away from the double store. Not including the 40 minutes I had to drive out to the incorrect 173 CBS highway. For the same truck. The only way I found the correct location was trying to rent another truck and clicking the "photos" option because I was desperate. I feel compensation is in order. I was scheduled to pick up 4:15 to find a broken down truck, I was 1 hour and 45 minutes behind schedule because of this debacle, I couldn't move what I had to in time and now have another day of work ahead of me
