I was charged $20for after hrs fee I returned vehicle before 4pm on Oct24 and returned it online and included pics as instructed. I have sent 2 mags inquiring who was charged, still no reply I'm not happy with the customer service and will be calling my credit card to dispute the $20 service charge. Thank you, Lisa Garon

The after hours checkin did not work. It would be nice if the call center reps at the 800 number could assist with this process when it doesnt work. If the App is unable to confirm the location when checking van back in I should receive a call to assist the return.

The only improvement that I can see is to eliminate the courtesy check in fee of $20. I was able to return my van to an agent at Thirty Pines. However if I was delayed it didn't make sense for me to not get the same level of service at no additional charge, Not all of your customers have smart phones, so your self check in is complicated, if not impossible for us. Overall my experience with your agent Clint was great. He explains things clearly and has an overall friendly and helpful approach to customers.
Fantastic service and fantastic people. Moving is always stressful and these people did an awesome job of making this part of the move worry free! Can't recommend them enough.

The online check-in definitley did not work as well as promised. The site would lag and claim it could not upload photos and was very time consuming while accepting my payment. I have also responded to an e-mailed receipt over some billing questions and have not heard back yet. I will await a response as I am aware it is a holiday weekend

The cab of the van smelled like cigarettes and old spice. Had to have the window open to drive it.
Your online pick up and drop off is ridiculous it took us longer to log in and register than it did to move our stuff out of storage. Checking the truck back in was also ridiculous as it took us longer to let the on line system know we were done than it did to park the van. The live chat is nuts, and a joke. getting someone to speak via the chat does not work or in fact we called the customer service number and it was busy for 2 hours....what the heck????? Customer service sucks, the facility was great and the people who work there are great but the online service stinks
Better communication between online chat and location for correct pricing for being one hour and 40 minutes late for return, with prior notice. We were quoted $20,but charged for a full day.
I have rented 3 times in the last 2 years and they have been fast and efficient every time.
Make sure the equipment has a license plate on and is street legal. The employee hadn't noticed the missing license plate from the trailer, when my husband pointed it out, the employee said to go ahead and take it anyway. "It'll be fine," your employee said. If my husband had driven away and got stopped by the police, it would have been a fine for us and points against my husbands license.

My biggest complaint is the 90 minutes I wasted attempting to extend the rental agreement by a day. I called the u haul number and after 20 minutes on hold decided to follow the repeated message to alter reservations on line. After 60 minutes of clicking on every link I could find, the only reference to changing a reservation was to call UHaul. The uhaul representatives themselves could not guide me for online changes. Why does a company verbal tell the customer to change the reservation themselves online when it can not be done? Also the wait times was 25 minutes or more each time I called. The representatives however, deserve alcolades for their generous help and kindness. Mechanically, - while on a slight hill the truck would not go into reverse. I pressed the gas pedal to the floor with no response. The truck actually glided forward . After 5 minutes, turning off the engine, waiting and repeating the procedure several times, reverse worked. The rest of the trip, there was no issue with reverse.
The rental process and equipment met all expectations at this location. These standards should be consistent to all rental locations. They schedule pick up, no waiting and great service.
The salesperson was very unprofessional. Our pick up was for 4:45 pm. We arrived at 4:49 pm and were told that we were late and that the facility was closed at 5 pm. When we pointed out that it was not yet 5, and that the sign on the door indicated that the facility was open until 5:30, the salesperson insisted that the sign was wrong and that he had to go to a graduation. He finally assisted us, but was extremely unpleasant the entire time. Again and again he said that he had a graduation to attend and that we were taking too long. Truly not the experience we expected and we will not patronize this location again.
