The equipment was clean, but the pickup/return process was very confusing. It would be helpful to include clearer instructions on where exactly to find this location, because when you arrive at the address it’s not obvious where to go. It was also very difficult to reach anyone by phone. I would not recommend this location because there is virtually no parking available. It’s unclear where customers are supposed to park when returning a truck. Finding a place to leave the vehicle was a major issue and made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. That said, I want to give credit to the employee at Gorilla Shipping. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping customers. Unlike many other locations, he made every effort to solve problems quickly and kept trying to find solutions. His personal customer service was excellent and was by far the best part of the experience.

After I finished moving, I couldn't find parking to return the car and had to look for it for 50 minutes and drive around the area and was charged an additional $70. This is nonsense, please return the money.
