I waited 40 minutes at the counter while the person tried to locate the auto hauler in the system. They attempted to rent me a toy hauler instead. My reservation showed clearly on my phone that it was for an auto hauler. They had to call someone to help them with the transaction.

DONALD NThis was not the agreed upon location I had selected using the U-Haul app. This added additional time and mileage to my trip that cost me more. In addition, being moved to this location caused problems on the drop off time and location and additional phone calls on an already super busy moving day.
