There was a lack of communication between the store employee who usually has the truck key with the employee behind the counter, Took a while to get correct key. Employee was polite though.

The windshield had just been replaced and whoever replaced it didn’t hook back up the windshield washer arm and in a torrential downpour the arm flew off on a cross country move. Your lucky there wasn’t an accident because we couldn’t see out the front window at all. Terrible experience.
LARRY SPicking up the truck was a nightmare. The manager was unavailable to help the employee out. I had to call uhaul multiple times to get help to even pick up the vehicle. There was less than 40 miles to empty in the tank. The instruction were very unclear. I had to refresh the app multiple times, had to pre-check in multiple times and submit my drivers license even after previously doing this. I had to go to two different places to get an appliance dolly even after being told one would be with my truck. The truck drove badly, bounced around on the road and pulled to one side badly.
