Edgar BThe people had no idea what to do with the return. The lady was so overweight she couldn’t check the mileage or gas and asked me to back it in to a parking spot. Then there was no receipt of dropping it off there causing me to be charged another day and added fees. Then I got an email telling me to drop the rental truck at a different location than what my contract said. U haul is a messed up organization that tries to screw over its customers with added fees and changes locations to whatever suits them
