Please stop using this location for business unless you use actual human beings in the office. It was a complete disaster! It took over an hour and a half to get the truck I rented, with multiple trips to another U-Haul location. If the U-Haul company is going to use just the app with no human involvement, then they need to perfect the online service where it actually will work. COMPLETE DIASTER!!
