Very unhappy customer. First the guy gave me a U-Haul that had a pad lock on the back. I had to bring it back because I couldn't nd neither couldn't open it- then he gave me another U-Haul that smelled like smoke and had ashes in the cup holders. I had the U-Haul 24 hours -the guy over charged me for miles - stated I drive 152 miles in state- I live 8 minutes away from the U-Haul I never left Conyers area. Very very unprofessional- I picked the uhaul up on Saturday and returned on Sunday. I am now waiting on another U-Haul rep to get back to me on a refund for the overpriced in miles. I truly would like a full refund for the experience with the first U-Haul rep on Saturday very unprofessional- and I was suppose to also get a utility dolly and he didn't get that for me either- and didn't try to find me one. Said that I the Cusother would need to call around to other U-Haul places to find one to rent, because he is new here to GA and don't know any other places to call. I didn't like the treatment I received at that location.
