The employee used as minimal words as possible. Not that there was a lot to say. I was just dropping off a trailer. But there was nothing that made me feel like a valued customer.

ASHLEY WMy comment isn't towards the location that I went to, but U-Haul in general. I was quoted just a bit over $100 of what the cost was going to be, but upon signing and getting ready to leave the office the price was over $260. By the time the customer is done signing and about to pay the amount, too much time would have passed as most people regardless of frustration would still complete the transaction and leave with the keys to the u-haul. Although I do believe it's by design which is pretty sad.
Nathen SThe manager at this location has a terrible attitude, and the personality of a dial tone. He is very unprofessional, and ha a lousy attitude. If he worked for me, I would fire him!!
PHILIP BEverything went well but if I were to recommend anything it would be applying a light coat of thin oil to the ratchets. It was very difficult tightening & loosening the strap ratchets.
