Was given a very old trailer with dim brake lights and turn signals. Found out the next day part of the trailer lights quit working. I was close to a u-Haul facility, but the agent I spoke with would not let me swap it out for another trailer, they insisted on dispatching an inept roadside service (?) person. Instead of fixing the trailer lights, he shorted out my wiring hitch on my vehicle. This is very dangerous and I was forced to drive a trailer the rest of the day with non-functioning tail lights and brake lights.

Marshall Lpoorly trained inapropriate employees. too much personal cross talk going on, no focus on customers. It was uncomfortable and wasted our time
