I screwed up and dropped the truck off to a very nearby location but all was taken care of via phone. Thank you and I apologize again for the inconvenience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped the vehicle off after hours. There was only a field next to the location to leave the vehicle next to another U-haul tow trailer. It would be better if directions on where to leave vehicles were provided on the mobile app or on the drop box.
