Jacob TWhen returning thw equipment was not informed i would be doing self return, had no information, when looked up the phone number no one answered and then because I had to figure out self return they tried to bill me $55 for something (I can only assume late return)
CHERYL MWorst experience I’ve ever encountered with U-Haul. Unprofessional, rude employees on clean vehicle bad advice from people. Would not recommend. Was helped by Mr. King in the Coos Bay area, but otherwise his employees We’re not professional whatsoever.
