This is not related to the facility; uHaul’s scheduling system must ensure that if a customer makes reservations, that the system knows what is available or what is not. Also, the app kept crashing on me, making my return very concerning, and there was no option to do this through the website. I drove to the nearest U-Haul to be told that I had to drop it off where I picked it up, if I did not want to incur additional charges.
