The cabin inside the truck was gross and disgusting. Filthy dirty. Uhaul should clean the interior of their trucks after every rental. Liquid spilled all over the console, dashboards etc. Also this location did not tell how HOW to access my personal vehicle when coming to drop off after hours. I came to return my rental only to have to drive home with it and return in the morning. These instructuons should be given upon pick up.

Drop off location was great!
BRITTNEY NThis was the third location we were scheduled for pick up, so not convenient on day of pickup.
BUCKLEY AThis is not related to the facility; uHaul’s scheduling system must ensure that if a customer makes reservations, that the system knows what is available or what is not. Also, the app kept crashing on me, making my return very concerning, and there was no option to do this through the website. I drove to the nearest U-Haul to be told that I had to drop it off where I picked it up, if I did not want to incur additional charges.
MARC BNo personnel there. It was after hours that we dropped it off like it said we could and it was extremely confusing and not easy. It was very confusing.
