The office is extremely difficult to find. I just didn't see any U-Haul signage but maybe I missed it. The lady there was very nice and professional but extremely difficult to understand on the phone.

DARIEN RYour uhaul app is too confusing. Not only did I try 3 times to figure how to retrieve my information I had to have the proprietor help me take the in-app pictures and upload them. Then, when I brought the dolley back we'll within the time frame we agreed upon, it was confusing trying to get to the app part to return the dolley. After a few minutes of fumbling I managed to get to the page I needed. Unfortunately, I couldnt tell you how I got there and would probably fumble my way through getting there again. The proprietor was professional though.
