The whole app thing is ridiculous… you had to call 2 of my colleagues to verify me ?!?! And the return was bad.. the app wouldn’t take any pictures and I had to call U-Haul? They location was closed and when I called the next day it was the gas station who had nothing to do with the rental.. as I said ridiculous and would never do this again.. wasted so much of my time

Lack of communication and guidance with the process was awful with this location and U-haul. The staff tried helping by having me call U-Haul since I wasn’t given a password to get the key to the truck. The USB port in the truck was not working to charge my phone, so I had to buy a different cord to charge my phone which had to be placed in a certain way for it to charge. Terrible experience overall.
MARY TThe van was in good condition, and the process of getting the passcode through the mobile application was a little bit challenging but handleable.
Vasiliy EThe Shell station was easy to find and the Shell staff was helpful BUT Shell Station is not part of Uhaul. Shell station staff showed me where to park the truck, but parking was small and limited for a 15’ box truck. Required use of Uhaul App to return the truck as no uhaul staff on site and key Dropbox.
Barbara Cthe gentleman that called to help me return my one way truck was amazing in guiding me to a return location and helping me get the truck turned in on time. But the location was the back of a gas station and the people inside had no idea what I was doing there or talking about when I asked for assistance on where to put the truck
