The entire rental process was a nightmare, I called three different times to secure my reservation. Nothing was as it was expected. First, I was supposed to have reserved a car transporter and instead I received a tow dolly. Then I was charged an additional amount. Upon arrival, I was instructed to drop the tow dolly at one location, the truck at another location and the storage unit was at even another location. The storage unit was to have been at the drop point for the truck but the attendant at that location didn’t find my reservation in her system. This was all overwhelming, especially after I went to great lengths to ensure everything was secured.
