I really enjoyed the services rendered to me by U-haul. I enjoyed the flexibility i was given by U-Haul
LIFELINE CI only had the truck for about 3 hours and only drove 6 miles for a local move. The ending odometer reading is correct. The starting odometer was entered incorrectly as 72,339 instead of 72,399. Please review the rental and correct the mileage charge.
Masoud TOverall we had a great experience. Ken, the store owner’s father, was awesome. He was there ready at our booked pickup time (7:30am on Sunday) and he was very cheerful and welcoming. Ken took the time to answer our questions and the process to pickup the truck and then drop it off was seamless. I would highly recommend this UHaul location and I think I’ll try to always use this one for all of my future U-Haul needs.
