The van had quite a bit of debris in it from a previous user, including a lot of fake plant leaves. We removed as much as we could before loading our belongings, but did not have a broom on hand to do a thorough job (nor should we have to clean up after someone else).
Brianna PFriendly staff, the booking system doesn't seem to completely translate to the operation/store staff?
