When I picked up the van, it was dirty. The windshield was covered with bugs, and the interior was dusty. I had to wipe it all down when I got it home.

They did not fill the truck full of gas like was told and when i filled it full of gas on return and told them this i was offered no reinbursement or customer appreciation. Also kid at front desk acted rude and unprofessional when checking to get truck. This location offered poor customer service and i will not use their location again.

When I got the van, the maintenance indicated OIL CHANGE NEEDED every time I started up. The location knew I was taking the van out of town and extended mles. Seems they should have had the oil changed since it needed it. Overall, the location was convenient and checkin/out was efficient.

Way over priced!!! $200 for what was going to be a round trip, turned into a one way drop off, my girlfriend and I took a trailer load of supplies down to the hurricane victims in Texas, I was expectingto hail done stuff bask, but plans changed, so called tip switch it to one eau drop off. I believe I got screwed. . I will never rent from Uhaul again!

I would consider the worst customer experience, TWICE in a row. The location(or uhaul.com) rectified their first mistake by sending me a 50$ gift certificate. Which I wanted to use it within a month, but even after providing them with the certificate# entering the certificates in the remarks as the person helping me get the reservation entered in the CRAPPY SYStem & wasting good amount of time arguing about the money I am being charged with store manager, who was claiming that my calls my messages didn't reach him after calling like 3times. first time on 30th(the 800#) - the lady was super rude, literally shouted I CANT HELP YOU, until your reservation is closed, I was like I understand. then next day after the reservation was closed, apparently the lady never asked store manager to call me then on 31st spoke to the lady in store who was sweet asked her to transfer my call to Blake she transferred me to customer service which after holding for more than 1/2 n hr I gave up. Then finally at 4th time I spoke to Blake after telling him n arguing with him he said he can't do anything about this. Now I as a customer wasted more time in transfers n argument & at the end I was the loser because I dealt with an age old system who can't even Authorize a store manager to reverse a transaction to help his customer out. I felt dumb where I was paying because someone forgot to inform store manager or he avoided the email or just crappy business process. And also, a comment to store manager - there is always a way to fix things. Just saying I apologize doesn't help. As I did my part , asked the guys to put my conversation about the certificate in remarks & also calling 4 times.

You guys are great. The team handled the college move in crush very well. I have rented here before to move my kids into U of Iowa. The only suggestion I would have is to provide them with more help. They hustle but can only do so much. Thank you.

I requested a utility dolly when I submitted my reservation. When I arrived to my move location I noticed that the dolly was not present. During the check in of the equipment I informed Martin that the requested dolly was not present. He was response was dull and he rolled his eyes. Upon checking my receipt I see that I was charged for a dolly that I never received. I'm not satisfied with the customer service at the Coralville, IA location.

our order for equipment was mixed up and when straightened out, the wiring didn't work and we had to wait with a loaded truck for the trailer to be rewired. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO THE NEXT PERSON

Rent the vehicle at 6 pm and return the same date, however two days later found out that I got double charged. Spoke with 5 customer services and reopen the case for 2 times, each time I was promised that I will get the phone call back but never received one. I called Store manager but he said I didnt use the app to check out, I told him if he knew I was gonna return after hour, why didnt I receive ant information about the app (I have been renting trucks from this place past decades). Store manager kept saying there is nothing he can do and it's been over a week (I have been trying to contact him/them since the second day). He even lied on the record that I went into the store and talked to him....which I didnt and I dont live there anymore. Stay away from this location.

Truck had trash from previous renters. Dolly wasn't secured in truck and I did not use it. It didn't seem like the truck was checked over throughly and truck appears to need some major repairs as it was rickety during the whole rental. Maybe it is shocks or just normal wear and tear for 146,000 miles. First time I rented a truck that did not meet expectations- needs to be taken off cycle of use or retired. Disappointed

I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the truck at this location. It was supposed to be ready at 9 am down the street, was not able to be packed up and ready until after 2 because of the 2 hour delay. I talked to 3 different customer service reps, 1 said I was not going to even get a truck for that day! I had to pick up keys for new place by 8pm or was not going to be able to move in until monday, I started work in new town on monday!!
