I was lied to and had to pay for an extra month. I was told you would look into the situation and you didn't. I'm telling everyone I know to never rent a storage space from UHaul including posting it on the University of Iowa parents page.

Staff were extraordinarily patient and understanding (especially a red-haired lady at the desk), and got this sorted out for us.
