The only suggestion I have and I *STRONGLY suggest this as a licensed commercial and residential contractor; 1) the parking lot is chaos, it should be lined with arrows both in and out in Lanes of multiples I would suggest three for the size of the lot. 2) either install a guardrail and/or yellow reflective mark the ramp on the far side of the property I'm not sure the direction because I'm not from Iowa but it's towards the edge of the property closest to the interstate entry ramp. I myself, drove off the unmarked ramp which luckily the skid plate on my company vehicle took the blunt of the damage. I noticed several other vehicles had done the same thing as well due to all of the scratches, skids, and tire markings (black tire rubs) I would do this immediately! Anybody looking for an easy payday could easily sue and without a doubt, win the lawsuit if they damage their vehicle or was personally injured or worse! PS: until you get the ramp marked I would strongly suggest to at least line it with reflective cones!!! Other than that, I had a wonderful experience!
