Uhaul's computer registration system wasn't working, had to arrange "off-line". UHaul's system didn't recognize my 2026 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium I-force Max as capable of towing a trailer (it has a 6000lb rating).

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery helpful. And friendly
Ronald SPlease keep this location open and support this business however possible by making it easier for them to supply uhauls. Some corporate policies I found out about via the process of renting are bad for the customer and the business doing the renting. Not guaranteeing avail ability, only renting what ends up there, etc. the actual experience for me was perfect and Temperance traders couldn’t have been easier/nicer. It’s on uhauls end things might need improved.

Anthony DEverything was great. We appreciated the free upsize that was available. It ended up being the perfect size. Thank you. Card is Jess(e) & Jess
