Please keep this location open and support this business however possible by making it easier for them to supply uhauls. Some corporate policies I found out about via the process of renting are bad for the customer and the business doing the renting. Not guaranteeing avail ability, only renting what ends up there, etc. the actual experience for me was perfect and Temperance traders couldn’t have been easier/nicer. It’s on uhauls end things might need improved.

Robin DThe door locking mechanism jammed when the door was open. I had to bring the trailer back. A young guy was able to force the door open. I think the latch that is supposed to keep the locking hook open hit the top door frame when I opened the door allowing the locking hook to move to a position that made it jam with the top door frame when the door was opened.
