I will NEVER USE U HAUL AGAIN.... first time I rented.... the trailer was leaking and my dead Moms 3000 dollar bed was TRASHED and SOAKED while IN the "enclosed" trailer. I asked for an extension..none given. Second time, I was LOCKED IN A QUOTE of 124.00 dollars. When returning the U~HAUL I put 40 dollars EXTRA GAS and put an extra 25 miles than what the counter was telling me to AVOID ANY EXTRA CHARGES.... made 3 trips of 3 miles and got charged an EXTRA 150 dollars (twice the original quote) and again.. tried to rent for an extra day and NOPE.... NEVER AGAIN and I WILL BE SUING for the damages at this point!
